  • 1/2 cup vodka

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cook penne pasta in boiling water until al dente, approximately 10-12 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
