Lazy Girl Lasagna, Because Life’s Too Short to Boil Noodles

Say hello to your new weeknight hero: Lazy Girl Lasagna. It’s minimal effort, maximum cheesy comfort — because why stress over noodles when a bag of fresh ravioli does all the work? Just layer it, sprinkle it, bake it, and boom: zero-effort flavor bomb.

Lazy Girl Lasagna

Ingredients

For the Lasagna:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (about 24 oz) marinara sauce (such as Carbone)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (such as Dan-O’s)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package fresh ravioli (such as Giovanni Rana)

For the Ricotta Mixture:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain the excess fat.
  3. Mix in the garlic, sauce, and seasonings; let cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the ricotta mixture ingredients and set aside.
  5. In the baking pan, layer the meat, ravioli, and ricotta mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
