Chicken Alfredo Dump-and-Go Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 pound uncooked pasta (any shape you like)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (use your favorite brand)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2-3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or lightly steamed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a 13-by-9 baking dish, add your pasta, sauce, and broth, then stir until well combined.
  3. Add your seasonings, then stir again.
  4. Mix in the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Cover with cheeses.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then scoop, serve, and enjoy (leftovers reheat beautifully).
