Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

  7. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
