Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Steep the rooibos tea leaves in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, strained rooibos tea, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
