Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- sesame seeds, for garnish
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken wing in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Brush lightly with vegetable oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in batches for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer cooked chicken wings to a bowl and pour the spicy glaze over them.
- Toss until wings are evenly coated in the glaze.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
