Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cleaned anchovies to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they become crispy.
- Pour the sauce over the anchovies and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
