Ingredients
- 1 cup mung beans, soaked overnight

- 4 cups water
- 1 piece Knorr pork cubes
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Drain the soaked mung beans and set aside.
- In a large pot, sauté garlic and onion over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add pork belly and cook until slightly browned.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil.
- Add drained mung beans and Knorr pork cubes; reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender, about 30 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper, stirring well. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with steamed rice.
