- To assemble, place the cooked noodles in a serving dish. Pour the thickened sauce over the noodles and top with the cooked shrimp, crushed chicharron, sliced hard-boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and crushed pork cracklings.
- Serve the dish hot with lemon slices on the side.
