Gratin Dauphinois

Gratin Dauphinois is a classic dish from France made with thinly sliced potatoes, cream, garlic, and cheese. Known for its rich and indulgent flavors, this dish serves as an excellent choice for special occasions or a comforting side dish. The magic lies in evenly layering the ingredients and baking until the top is golden and bubbling. Creamy potatoes infused with a hint of garlic and topped with melted cheese make it a popular choice among potato enthusiasts.
