  3. Heat the oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces, then grill them for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through.
  5. Serve the Malai Boti hot with naan or rice.
