Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables, cubed paneer, soaked cashews, and raisins to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
