Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 whole onions, peeled and halved
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 whole bay leaves
- 8 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
