Ingredients
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place a slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer turkey slices, provolone cheese, and spread mayonnaise on top of the bread in the skillet. Sprinkle mustard and garlic powder evenly over the layers.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown on one side, then use a spatula to flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting in half and serving.
