Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place a slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer turkey slices, provolone cheese, and spread mayonnaise on top of the bread in the skillet. Sprinkle mustard and garlic powder evenly over the layers.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown on one side, then use a spatula to flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting in half and serving.
