  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

  11. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
