- 2 lbs beef sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup espresso, brewed
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine espresso, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the beef in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor absorption.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (205°C).
- Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the marinade. Pat the beef dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
