Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots

- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add ginger and garlic, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, carrots, snow peas, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and mushrooms, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until the sauce has thickened and everything is well-coated, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
