Ingredients

  • 4 lb pork shoulder, boneless
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper to create the sauce.
