Crafted with quality ingredients like cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, and a tangy BBQ sauce, this burger provides a tasty and memorable meal experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup onion rings
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season each side with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  4. While the burgers are grilling, toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. To assemble the burgers, place a grilled patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top each with 2 slices of bacon, a slice of cheddar cheese, a spoonful of BBQ sauce, onion rings, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the top buns and place them on top of the assembled burgers.
