Ingredients
- 8 slices Italian bread
- 4 ounces mortadella, sliced
- 4 ounces salami, sliced
- 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed hot peppers, sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Lay out 4 slices of Italian bread on a flat surface.
- Layer each slice with 1 ounce of mortadella, 1 ounce of salami, and 1 ounce of provolone cheese.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of sliced hot peppers on top of the cheese layer.
- Place an even layer of arugula over the hot peppers.
