Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups kataifi dough, chopped
  • 1 cup tahini halva, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper and pour half of the melted chocolate in, spreading evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped kataifi dough over the chocolate layer and gently press down.
  4. Add the crumbled tahini halva evenly over the kataifi.
  5. Spread the pistachio cream over the halva layer, using a spatula to smooth it out.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top layers, spreading evenly to ensure complete coverage.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped unsalted pistachios and drizzle with honey.
  8. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
  9. Once set, remove from pan, slice into 8 bars, and serve.
