Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked farro
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 large whole-grain wraps
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Lay a whole-grain wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup cooked farro evenly over the wrap.
  3. Layer with 2 oz of sliced fresh mozzarella, followed by slices of 1/2 a tomato, and a few fresh basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 Tbsp of balsamic glaze over the layered ingredients.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrap toward the center, then roll it up tightly, starting from the bottom.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining wraps and ingredients.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving.
