Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked farro
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 large whole-grain wraps
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Lay a whole-grain wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1/4 cup cooked farro evenly over the wrap.
- Layer with 2 oz of sliced fresh mozzarella, followed by slices of 1/2 a tomato, and a few fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle 1/2 Tbsp of balsamic glaze over the layered ingredients.
- Fold the sides of the wrap toward the center, then roll it up tightly, starting from the bottom.
- Repeat the process with the remaining wraps and ingredients.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving.
