- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Boil the hokkien noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add garlic and stir-fry until aromatic, about 30 seconds, then add pork belly and shrimp.
- Cook until the pork is browned and the shrimp turn pink, about 3 to 4 minutes. Push the ingredients to one side of the wok.
- Add cabbage and bean sprouts to the cleared side of the wok, stir-fry for 2 minutes before mixing all ingredients together.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients and coat the noodles evenly, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
