- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 ounces tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions for seasoning.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a 9" x 13" baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the seasoned beef over the tortilla chips.
