Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 ounces tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions for seasoning.
  4. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a 9" x 13" baking sheet.
