Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and melted butter. Mix until a crumbly dough forms, then press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to create crusts.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the grated cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder, mixing well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared crusts, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the quiches cool slightly in the tin before carefully removing them.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
