Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup dried mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal later on.
  2. In a food processor, combine dried mango, macadamia nuts, and rolled oats. Pulse until finely chopped and evenly mixed.
  3. Add almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and starts to stick together.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly and evenly with the back of a spoon or your hands.
  5. Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours until the mixture is firm.
