- 1 cup farro, cooked
- 1/4 cup pine nuts

- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 jar grape leaves, drained
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked farro, pine nuts, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a grape leaf flat on a cutting board and spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the farro mixture onto the center of the leaf.
- Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and farro mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed grape leaves, seam side down, in a baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil to prevent drying out.
