Ingredients

  • 20 whole puris
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

Instructions

  1. Gently make a hole in the top of each puri using your thumb.
  2. Fill each puri with a small amount of boiled chickpeas and diced potatoes.
  3. Add a spoonful of tamarind chutney to each puri.
  4. Drizzle a generous amount of mint-coriander water on top of each puri.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder over the puris.
