Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
Instructions
- Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Boil the green peas and set them aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the mashed potatoes, green peas, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and amchur powder. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Cook the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow the filling to cool completely.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into equal-sized rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the potato and pea filling in the center of each rectangle. Fold the pastry into a triangle and press the edges to seal tightly.
- Arrange the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the samosas are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with chutney or ketchup.
