Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp thai red curry paste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 4 whole burger buns, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, thai red curry paste, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined, then form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 6-8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the patties are cooked through.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, honey, and lime juice. Stir until smooth to make the peanut sauce.
  4. Spread a generous amount of peanut sauce on the inside of each toasted burger bun.
  5. Place the cooked chicken patties on the sauced buns and assemble the burgers.
