  • 16 small mozzarella balls
  • 16 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Thread one cherry tomato onto a skewer, followed by one basil leaf and one mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at both ends for handling.
  2. Continue with the remaining 15 skewers, arranging them on a platter.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze evenly over the skewers.
  4. Lightly drizzle olive oil over skewers. Try to cover all ingredients evenly.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
