- 2 medium bell peppers, sliced

- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp garam masala

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add 2 medium onions, sliced, to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 medium bell peppers, sliced, 1 cup of cauliflower florets, 1 cup of chopped green beans, 1 cup of sliced carrots, and 1 cup of peas. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in 1 cup of tomato puree, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 2 teaspoons of garam masala. Add salt according to taste and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the vegetables are cooked through.
- Garnish with 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped, and serve warm with rice or roti.
