Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen edamame, in pods
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the frozen edamame and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, wasabi paste, sesame oil, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
