Ingredients
- 1 box ziti pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses until well combined.
- Add the cooked ziti to the cheese mixture and gently stir to coat the pasta evenly.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spoon the ziti and cheese mixture over the marinara sauce in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the ziti mixture.
- Sprinkle the top with dried oregano and garlic powder.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the baked ziti cool for a few minutes before serving.
