Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

- 12 mini phyllo pastry shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
- Place one phyllo pastry shell into each muffin cup of the pan.
