Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

- Mix in the truffle oil, salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni, making sure all the pasta is well coated.
- Transfer the mac and cheese to a greased 8" x 8" baking dish.
- Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the mac and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your White Cheddar Truffle Mac and Cheese!
