Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three dishes: Place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs combined with Parmesan and Italian seasoning in the third.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
