Enjoy tender steak bites infused with garlic butter and rosemary, perfectly cooked in an air fryer for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper, then add them to the bowl, tossing to coat evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the coated steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the steak bites reach your desired doneness.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional rosemary, if desired, and serve immediately.
