Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon, fillets
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, orange zest, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil evenly on all sides.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes. Midway through cooking, brush the fillets with the prepared orange glaze.
  5. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute. Drizzle extra orange glaze and sprinkle additional citrus zest on top before serving.
