  4. Return the steak and bacon to the skillet, mix in with the vegetables, and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the alambre hot with warm tortillas and salsa on the side.
