  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed avocados, cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water to the avocado mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Line a cupcake tray with liners and spoon the batter into them, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
