Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a 9" x 13" baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
