Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a 9" x 13" baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
