Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 slices brie cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp bourbon
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- Using the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
