Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder until well combined and smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and cover tightly with foil.
  3. Set the dish in a steamer or large pot with a steaming rack. Add enough water to the pot for steaming without touching the dish.
  4. Steam the mixture for about 30 minutes, or until it sets and becomes firm.
  5. Remove the dish from the steamer and allow it to cool at room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate the Bhapa Doi for at least 2 hours to let it set and chill completely.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chopped nuts.
