- 6 cups day-old bread, cut into cubes
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Place the cubed bread in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the milk mixture evenly over the bread cubes and gently press down so the bread absorbs the custard.

- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.
