  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 sausage links, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
