This Chai Spice Paloma with a cinnamon rim adds a warm, spiced twist to the classic cocktail, perfect for autumn evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz chai concentrate
  • 3 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cinnamon and sugar on a small plate.
  2. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a glass to moisten, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
