This Chai Spice Paloma with a cinnamon rim adds a warm, spiced twist to the classic cocktail, perfect for autumn evenings.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz chai concentrate
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cinnamon and sugar on a small plate.
- Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a glass to moisten, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- In a shaker, combine the tequila, chai concentrate, grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey, and salt.
