- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce

- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread.
- On the non-pesto side, layer slices of grilled chicken and provolone cheese evenly.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices, pesto side inwards, to form sandwiches.
- Using a butter knife or spatula, lightly coat the outsides of the sandwiches with butter.
- Place the sandwiches on the preheated panini press or grill pan.
