Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork baby back ribs, membrane removed
  • 1 cup coca-cola
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine coca-cola, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, paprika, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
  3. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place on a baking sheet. Brush the ribs with the glaze, reserving some for basting.
  4. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
