  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice and remaining cranberries.
  6. Simmer over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  7. Brush the glaze over the partially baked meatloaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
